- Where he is staying, he must be General resident of that place.

- Applicants should not come under the category of creamy layer .

- The applicant should be a citizen of Chhattisgarh and he or his parents have been permanent residents of Chhattisgarh since 1950.
- Where he is staying, he must be General resident of that place.
- Applicant Belongs to the SC / ST community or class.
- Identity card.
Necessary documents :
- For Citizenship .
- For Permanent residence .
- For Temporary residence.
- Category (ST/SC) Identity.
- For Identification.
Fee Details :
- 30.00 Rs.
