- Period: – Every case under the Public Service Guarantee Scheme is to be settled on seven working days.|
- Charges: – Registration for Birth and Death by State Government has been done completely free for the next five years from the date of 05.11.2014 (including delayed registration / available certificate, search fee). As a result, the applicant will not be charged for any type of fee.
- Registration without name: – The child can be registered without the name of the child under section 14 of the said Act. Name can be inscribed Free for a period of up to 1 year.
